Sole use of lovely bright top floor in our family home, with far reaching S.E views over gardens, and the London skyline in the distance. We share a front door, but once you close the 2nd landing door and climb the stairs to your top floor, it feels like a self contained flat, consisting of double bedroom, separate open plan living room/kitchenette and a modern bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet residential area directly in front of a park but has excellent transport facilities 5 minutes away, with the Northern or Picadilly line and numerous buses providing easy access to central London, the West End and City. For nature lovers, the open spaces of Hampstead Heath, and Hampstead ponds are a 20 minute walk away, while even closer you have the numerous local cafes, bars and restaurants of Tufnell Park, Kentish Town and Camden Town, We live downstairs and though we are perfectly friendly, 🙂 we are looking for a lodger, not a housemate and you will enjoy your own private living in the peaceful environment this flat offers to work/relax and feel at home. Would suit a friendly, independent, tidy individual.
