Light, airy loft room that is largely self-contained. Own bathroom with area for pre-
paring light meals, tea/coffee with fridge, toaster & microwave. The room is regularly cleaned with linen change. The house is located in a quiet area near to both Clapham and Wandsworth commons. Transport links are excellent, involving either a ten or fifteen minute walk to trains, tube or buses.The new occupant would have complete privacy. The resident landlords are friendly and accommodating but live quietly and would expect
similar behaviour from the tenant. Our first tenant stayed six years and the second two years, leaving due to the outbreak of Covid and return home to Scotland permanently.
Quiet area near to common with 10/15 minute walks to train, tube & buses.
Monday to Friday only.
