Lovely newly decorated room in a 3 bed property living with one female.
3 bed semi detached house on a quiet road. Double room available for single person. Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Work week only preferred for £75 per week but open to 7 days for £80 per week.
All bills included
It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. There are local shops nearby, pub and public transportation. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, wardrobe.
My new roommate will have access to all areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least three months or more, a non smoker, and not too noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.
