I have a large house in Southchurch SS1 2SH and I am looking to rent out two recently decorated rooms, one single and one double, furnished or unfurnished, which share a bathroom and a downstairs toilet with one other room. Both are south facing. They are available now. There is also a small shared living room on the same floor. Downstairs has 2 receptions.
There is off and on street parking, broadband, washing machine, upstairs and downstairs living rooms and some garage space that may be available.
Its about half a mile from the seafront and 3/4 mile from town centre. There are 4 bus routes that go past the door
There are shops over the road, a Lidl within walking distance, Southend East station is 7 mins walk and pubs / restaurants within 10-15 min walk.
There is also a well kept garden.
The rent includes bills, broadband and basic groceries like bread, butter, milk etc
