I have a 32-inch TV that can be wall-mounted in the room. Access to Fire Stick or Sky TV. The lounge is open plan to the kitchen, and bathroom that only comes with shower and no bath. I have only lived here for 6 months and it is still a work in progress for me. Currently completing the floor in the lounge.
Share with the female owner, I work currently 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Great location for shops, not far from Orbital Shopping Centre, bus stop outside takes you to town or Orbital, a short walk away the No. 5 which takes you towards the Outlet Centre. Outside garden space to the rear to sit.
Parking is available on-site but can be limited. It is a community place so opportunity to make friends. Set back off a main road. The building has a lift in the main area and stairs to the 1st floor.
