We have fast broadband, private parking & bills are included.

I own the property & live here with my daughter and our small dog.

As our lodger you would be welcome to sit in the lounge or garden and of course the kitchen and bathroom are shared areas.

The bathroom has a bath and a shower & the spacious kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, cookware & utensils.

It is a 5 minute walk to Hersham Green, the local pub, Costa coffee, Waitrose, Lidl, post office & the pharmacy. Walton train station is approx 15 min walk away & a train to Waterloo takes about 25 minutes. Walton town centre & the River Thames are approx 30 minutes walk away and if you have a car the A3 & M25 are 5-10 minute drive. There are beautiful woodland walks nearby and some lovely places to visit like Wisely Gardens & Claremont Gardens.
