Large pleasant room in a residential quiet part of Brighton central to all amenities close to train station ( 4 mins walk) bus stop and shops and cafes.
Sharing this house with me a senior who has many interests and is cheerful and positive by nature . I am well travelled and spent 16 years in Malaysia married to my Malaysian husband and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. I would understand my housemate’s desire for privacy and the rooms upstairs would provide a pleasant living area.
To finish, included in this rent is a shower, toilet and bath for sole use on the same floor and access to a lounge which has lovely views over Brighton. Incidentally, this lounge has a TV you would not have complete access to the room as I may need to come up during the day at times not at night when my housemate could watch TV. I have my own lounge downstairs and other necessary facilities for myself.
The kitchen is downstairs with fridge, cooker, washing machine, an electric dryer has been bought for sole use of lodger for winter use, a separate dryer is provided for summer use which can be put in the patio outside where you can sit in summer, there is a small garden that can be utilised as well. At time of writing the grass has grown high due to the rain so the gardener is expected soon !
Also I have a cleaner that would clean your room twice a month.
